Working Student - HR

• Operational tasks in day-to-day business, e.g. contract preparation, onboarding and offboarding

• Participation in several projects and writing HR policies

• Assist in talent management topics

• Support in recruiting (placement of job advertisements, screening of applicants, communication with applicants)

This position is located in Munich, Germany. Remote work with significant time spent at an office location is also possible.

• Advanced studies (human resource management, psychology or similar) 

• First practical experience through previous internships / working student activities in HR

• Independent working method and quick comprehension skills

• Reliability, conscientiousness and commitment

• Service orientation and sociability

• Communication  and organizational skills

• Very good MS-Office Knowledge

• Business fluent in German and fluent in English
