Working Student Development in the real estate industry

As part of the development team, you will support our acquisition and project teams while gaining fundamental insights into the various phases of project development.

• Support for the acquisition team in proposal processing and contract management
• Execution of individual research and review tasks within acquisition processes
• Developing presentations of work results in collaboration with the project team
• Participation on-site inspections and associated document management
• Participation in team meetings and keeping track of to-do's and appointments

• You are currently pursuing a degree, e.g. in economics, business administration, engineering or civil engineering (or similar)
• You have an interest in the real estate business - you work your way into new areas of responsibility in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• We are looking for a person who is very eloquent, open and communicative
• Strong social skills and natural drive to grow
• Fluent German and good English skills
