Associate Recruiting Working Student (20 hours per week) (m/w/d)

The Associate & Graduate Recruiting Intern is an integral part of Latham’s Associate & Graduate Recruiting team. As an intern working a maximum of 20 hours per week you will support the Associate & Graduate Recruiting team and assist with the coordination and execution of all administrational and recruiting efforts. This role will be located in either our Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or Munich office. Please note that this role requires in-office presence.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Handling applications in our applicant system, including candidate management and interview coordination
• Supporting the Associate & Graduate Recruiting Team with administrative tasks
• Assisting with event planning and management

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Display well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
• Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
• Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion

And have:

• Current enrollment at a recognized German state university
• Organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
• Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
