DescriptionWe are looking for an ambitious, creative, and digitally savvy student assistant with strong organization skills to support the implementation of various internal and external Communications and Marketing tasks. You will be supporting the Regional Communications Manager for the Region West Europe in performing a wide range of responsibilities. One of your key tasks will be to support in the organization of events and exhibitions and the creation of content to share insights from and presence at such events. In addition, based on your personal skills and preferences, you would be supporting in a variety of other tasks such as:
- Support in the organization and promotion of exhibitions, conferences, and events. A key focus of the role will be to join and support the project team organizing DNVs presence at the ‘SMM’ which is one of the largest maritime exhibitions globally.
- Assist in implementing a Regional Communications strategy and delivering effective targeted campaigns exploiting different digital marketing communications tools to support regional business goals.
- Improve the visibility of the regional management team and other DNV experts as Brand Ambassadors with the creation of content for a variety of channels (social media posts, videos, blog, interviews, conferences as well as internal communications channels).
- Support the marketing lead qualification process and marketing automation campaigns.
- Support in the planning and execution of small multi-media Marketing campaigns and concepts, including the creative briefing and content creation process.
- Support the team with ad hoc requests and out-of-the-box ideas.

QualificationsPosition Qualifications
- University enrolment until at least the end of September 2026 studying communications, event management, marketing, public relations, journalism, organizational psychology or business administration.
- Excellent writing and speaking English language skills, German language skills are an advantage
- Passion for event management, digital marketing, content marketing, or customer experience enablement.
