Your area of work
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Process Management Unit within the Section Process Excellence. 
Process Management is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust framework for group-wide processes. Our goals are designing, implementing as well as improving processes and taking on responsibility for selected processes - both on a Group-wide level.

Process Management is composed of skilled professionals with a deep understanding of business processes who are able to identify opportunities for optimisation, streamlining, increase efficiency, enhance productivity and standardisation.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will gain interesting insights in the Process Management activities within Deutsche Börse Group
  • You will execute administrative and organizational tasks related to Process management: from analyzing processes to managing the implementation of process improvements and tracking progress via predefined KPIs
  • Furthermore, you will be able to get involved in challenging and interesting initiatives and projects of the Section Process Excellence


Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least two semesters (focus in the finance sector is of advantage)
  • You are interested in the optimization of processes in relation to the financial services sector
  • You are well-structured and have very good analytical skills and  you have the ability to work independently with attention to details as part of a team in an international environment
  • You are focused on delivery and getting things done, with good organizational talent and communication skills
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), expertise in Process Management related tools such as Visio or Bizagi are an asset
  • Furthermore, you are proficient in written and spoken English, ideally also in German
