The Group Policy Effectiveness (GPE) team carries out their mission under the sponsorship of the Group COO. The GPE team is a key contributor and driver of the standardisation and simplification of policies, processes and procedures across the group. GPE is partnering in close collaboration with the Group functions and locations, supporting them in managing and the development of their policies and procedures across the Group.
 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Daily administration of the policies and procedures (Group and local)
  • Support the team in analyzing and maintaining the local documents collected and recently transferred to a SharePoint repository on Group level (some 560 documents in scope)
  • Support the team in setting up a reporting to local management about upcoming reviews and overdue local documents
  • Support the team in remaining administrational tasks (e.g. complete outstanding upload from KTL documents) to finalize the recently implemented Group repository
  • Depending on the progress with Sharepoint expert, maintain and enhance existing repository structure with additional metadata fields and amend additional metadata to uploaded documents
     

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor´s or Masters´s program in information technology, computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Windows Server environments and Active directory
  • Familiar with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
