As a Working Student, you’ll support our international Learning & Development Team for consulting staff. Our team produces work of the highest quality both in terms of content and organization to optimally support our European consultants with training and coaching along their way at BCG. Your main tasks will include analytically preparing and evaluating training-related key performance indicators in Excel and PowerPoint. In addition, you’ll support projects within the team and help to host virtual training events.

You will work together with our Learning & Development Team, whose members are in many different countries. Your main contacts will be based in Munich, so you can, in close coordination with them, contribute to helping BCG’s consultants expand their knowledge and sharpen their skills.
 
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. It is a temporary role from minimum 18 to maximum 24 months. You need to be an enrolled student in a university in Germany.

  • You work independently, are highly motivated, and exhibit strong commitment.
  • You are an enrolled college student (ideally, in business, social sciences, or life sciences).
  • You have already completed internships or gained some practical experience in an international/service-oriented environment.
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Very good written and spoken English language skills complete your profile.
