Your responsibilities:
- Support the Global Innovation Management Team across the USA, Germany and Japan as they strive to uncover and develop true innovation
- Assist with maintaining and improving our innovation landscape, ensuring the continuous flow in our ideation pipeline
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring its smooth function to back our ideation campaigns
- Monitor the stream of ideas and analyze their potential, making sure they're in line with our strategic goals and can contribute to our innovative edge
- Handle data management duties, organizing and analyzing information that is vital to our innovation projects, and turning data into actionable insights
- Develop and refine data visualizations to aid in reporting, providing the team with clear insights that support decision-making in the global innovation management process
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in innovation management, technology platforms, and data analytics
- You have a high proficiency (written & spoken) in German and English
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
- Experience with Google tools (drive, sheets, forms, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
