EEX Group is driven by change and our department Project Management is in the very core as enabler through a range of exciting projects. As support for our experienced project managers, we are looking for a Working Student in Leipzig with great communication and planning skills.
Your tasks:
You will work closely together with an experienced project manager and project teams across the group, e.g. by preparing meetings, including the necessary follow-up activities and maintaining an up-to-date backlog, helping in preparation of documents, drafting internal and external communications and supporting the creation of senior management level reports. You are reliable and solution oriented and can support colleagues in managing teams and deliverables. You feel at ease reaching out to people in your office as well as in various EEX locations internationally. You not only talk in agile but can easily apply it. Of course, you will receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.
