As a Working Student (d/f/m) in our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our data strategy implementation. We see you as an integral part of our journey to become a data-driven organization, and your contribution will leave an indelible mark on our path towards this goal. You will work along our data leadership team together with our partner network. 

About the role 

Your everyday tasks will include: 

• Assist in the development and implementation of branding strategies for our data transformation journey
• Contribute to change management and communication initiatives to facilitate the transition to a data-driven mindset
• Support the creation of engaging content for internal and external communication channels
• Participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns

Job requirements and experience

• You are an ambitious student (d/f/m) pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing, Branding, Communication or a related field – in the Rhein/Ruhr area, to be able to work on site on our campus in Essen
• You possess a deep understanding of social aspects, change management, and communication strategies
• You are enthusiastic about the intersection of data, renewable energy, and corporate transformation
• You are proactive, creative, and ready to immerse yourself in a dynamic corporate environment
• Previous experience in a similar role would be a plus, but it's your drive and eagerness to learn that will truly set you apart
