Für den Bereich “Group Planning, Processes and Tools” suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Werkstudent*in (w/m/d) am Standort Taufkirchen.

Der Bereich “Group Planning, Processes and Tools” steuert alle Planungs-Prozesse der HENSOLDT Gruppe und verantwortet das Finance Management Tool (FIT), welches maßgeblich für die Konsolidierungs- und Reporting-Prozesse des Konzerns ist. Darüber hinaus werden in der Abteilung zentrale Finanz-Prozesse erarbeitet.

Your Tasks

• Unterstützung bei der stetigen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanztools für Planung, Forecasting und Reporting

• Durchführung von Adhoc-Analysen

• Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen für verschiedene Stakeholder

• Unterstützung bei monatlichen Qualitätsprüfungen

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schulungsvideos für den Finanzbereich

Your Profile

• Eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar

• Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen

• Ausgeprägte IT- Affinität

• Kommunikative und proaktive Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
