Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Werkstudent für Formularerstellung mit dox42 und Datenbankerfahrung (m/w/d).

Dein Aufgabenbereich 

• Du erstellst, pflegst und optimierst Formulare für den Einsatz in der Automobilindustrie mit dox42
• Das anbinden und integrieren von Datenbanken zur Automatisierung der Dokumentenerstellung ist in deiner Verantwortung 
• Du erstellst SQL-Datenbankabfragen zur Gewinnung und Verarbeitung relevanter Daten 
• Die Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Formulare sowie automatisierter Prozesse sind ebenfalls in deinem Aufgabenbereich
• Du dokumentierst erstelle Formulare und Prozesse
• Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung und anderen internen Teams zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe ist gefordert

Dein Profil

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem -vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Erste Erfahrungen in der Formularerstellung mit dox42 sind wünschenswert
• Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Datenbanken (z.B. SQL, Oracle, MySQL) und im Umgang mit Abfragen
• Programmierungserfahrung (z.B. in C#, .NET, VBA) deinerseits sind von Vorteil
• Du bringst eine analytische Denkweise und eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit

Your tasks

• You create, maintain and optimize forms for use in the automotive industry with dox42
• You will be responsible for connecting and integrating databases to automate document creation
• You create SQL database queries to extract and process relevant data
• You will also be responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing forms and automated processes
• Documenting the creation of forms and processes
• You will be required to work closely with the IT department and other internal teams to ensure smooth processes

Your Profile

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
• Initial experience in creating forms with dox42 is desirable
• You have good knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and how to handle queries
• Programming experience (e.g. in C#, .NET, VBA) on your part is an advantage
• You have an analytical mindset and an independent and structured way of working
